Ghaenat Steel Co. Restaurant - Project Description

This project, located on the Qaenat Steel site, is designed as a two-storey building with an approximate area of 2,500 square meters. It is planned to house a restaurant, kitchen, and dining facilities: the ground floor contains the kitchen, cooking and food-preparation areas and general dining space, while the upper floor is reserved as a dining area for managers and guests.

“Due to the project’s location within an industrial site, the design was developed in a way that ensures the dining area benefits from high-quality spatial conditions, creating suitable spatial variety to improve the well-being of the workforce in this industrial environment.”
