“The site design for the administrative complex of the Golgohar Iron and Steel Development Sirjan Project was carried out 50 kilometers from Sirjan, within the Golgohar industrial site, on a plot of land with an approximate area of 20 hectares.”
“In this site, only one administrative building previously existed, and two new administrative buildings—each with an approximate area of 6,000 square meters—were defined and designed according to the client’s requirements.

“In addition, a cultural–religious center with an approximate area of 2,000 square meters was incorporated into the complex. Sports areas and welfare facilities—including a health zone, an open-air café, green spaces, seating areas, and various sports amenities—were also defined to enhance the overall spatial quality for users.
“Additionally, a significant portion of the site was allocated to green areas and vegetation in order to reduce industrial and environmental pollution, control dust, and improve the visual quality of the complex
